If you think you have made a mistake please contact stephen.martin@niacedc.org.uk and notify him of the changes needed.

During your event we would be very grateful if you could collect as many consent forms (available below) from participants as possible in order to enable us to undertake a follow up survey of adult learners in Wales.

If you're a member of a learning festival group please complete the partners evaluation form below for your event or activity and send to your learning festival co-ordinator with any receipts etc.

If you are the co-ordinator for the learning festival in your county please ensure you collect the partners evaluation forms (as mentioned above) at the end of your groups activities and attached to the overall learning group co-ordinators evaluation form below
