working for more and different adult learners
Publication on the impact of global learning launched Wednesday, July 21, 2010 - 08:49
This publication by the DEA, an education charity that promotes adult learning is the result of commissioned research by Mori which examined the extent to which the public had had the opportunity to learn about global issues and how this had influenced their attitudes and behaviours towards international development and sustainability. The report provides evidence that 'global learning' can engage people with environmental issues such how to tackle climate change, but can also help to build a responsible society and encourage community cohesion.
