Huw Lewis, Deputy Minister for children has announced that several 'pioneer' areas are to be selected across Wales where best practice models in family support can be indentified. This announcement coincides with the European Year for Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion 2010 and higlights the Welsh Assembly Government's commitment to tackling child poverty. Full story
